Meet Susie McIlwain
Hi, my name is Susie McIlwain, M.S. CCC-SLP. I am a certified Speech Language Pathologist, and a member of ASHA. I have been a speech language pathologist since 2001. My clinical experience includes assessment, treatment, and diagnosis of disorders in neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations in the acute care/inpatient setting, outpatient setting, and home healthcare setting. I also have experience servicing the schools and educational settings with Pre-K, Elementary, Middle and High School students. I have experience providing teletherapy services to the pediatric school age population and I am a bilingual service provider (English/Spanish).
I obtained both my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Since I became a certified speech pathologist my passion has been to help others improve their communication, and I have obtained over
25 course certifications in the areas of speech, language and feeding in an effort to continually improve and expand my treatment skillset.
